Project Management notes
So we use Trac for this thing now (or are at least trying it).
Requests/tasks related to our Trac system should be submitted as tickets for the Trac component.

I (Michael) am not sure the Trac environment title (currently SSS Resource Management) accurately describes what's going to go on here, but I don't know. Perhaps there's a better title?
